Bien S. Causapin - Managing Director
The managing director of a company is the most important working director. He dedicates his time and effort to ensure the company is being managed correctly and business is striving.
Maria Monnette S. Causapin – Registered Manager
Founder of Golden Hands and dedicate her life to provide high quality care services that support the rights of those who require help. Ensure people can live the lives they choose as far as they are able. The registered manager is directly accountable to the franchise owner(s) and to the regulatory body for domiciliary care.
Madielyne O. Pamatmat - Care Manager
She is the person who makes the staff and the clients happy, she liaise with the Managing Director to make sure that the care that clients and that staff give are of the highest quality.
Portia Catausan - Financial Manager
She is responsible for the cash flow of the company, she regulates the timesheet, Annual Leave, and the petty cash of the company to make sure that the cash flows naturally and that the company will stay for a long time so that we can provide the best care.
Plaridel 'PAT' Causapin - Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is in-charge of the daily operations of the company, making sure the staff are all working and that they are not having trouble with the daily runs. He regulates the Care Coordinators and liaise with them about spot check and Satisfaction Surveys, He is always ready to go to where emergencies are so we can make sure everyone is happy.
Michael Hernandez - Assistant Operations Manager
The Assistant Operations Manager Assists in the daily operations of the company, making sure the staff are all working and that they are not having trouble with the daily runs. He regulates the Care Coordinators and liaise with them and the Operations Manager about spot check and Satisfaction Surveys, they are always ready to go to where emergencies are, so we can make sure everyone is happy.
Eyvan Jepster Jimenez - Care Coordinator
The Care Coordinators are responsible in making sure that the staff are doing the right clients, doing spot checks on both the staff and the clients, and letting the operation manager about problems or concerns throughout the day.
The Office Team
Our office team provide essential support to the smooth-running of Golden Hands Home Care.
This support includes general office management, answering phones, speaking with service users, assisting the management team, clerical work (including maintaining records and entering data), or a variety of other tasks.
